How to Place Your Order – Checkout Process

Placing your order is a fairly simple process. For your convenience we have outlined some key areas below to ensure that you submit your order easily.

Finished Your Photo Creation Product – Previewing Your Work and Placing Your Order

Once you have finished your project in your software, click the “send to Treasure-Book” button. The file will upload to our server. Halfway this process, you will have the opportunity to look at your work in the final PDF file that we will print.

Upload Your Photo Creation Product to Us – Be Patient, Large Projects May Take a While

Apply your coupon code into the discount area and choose how you would like to receive your project.

If all is OK, you must click the small square, confirming that you agree with what you send for printing. The upload will continue and finish. Once you see a long File or Job ID number on the screen, the software will open our Shopping Cart.
You will see your order and the cost on your screen. If you have a discount coupon code, enter it in the Coupon line. Click SUBMIT to activate the discount. Once this is done, you can continue to check out. Select your delivery method by selecting either Canada Post or if you live close by to our office, PICK UP. Selecting PICK UP will avoid shipping charges. For shipping rates, please refer to our Shipping Info section on this website.

Payment Processing – VISA, American Express and PayPal

You may select payment to be with either VISA / Mastercard or by PayPal. If you wish to use an American Express card, please select PayPal and you can use PayPal as a Guest to pay with American Express if you do not have a PayPal account.

Request Support from Treasure-Book and Order Confirmation

If you have a message for us to follow up with regard to the order, enter it at check out on the order in the “remarks” area.
After the payment is confirmed, you will receive two e-mails:

1. A confirmation of the order with the details and your invoice /order number. You should print the invoice copy for your records.
2. A payment confirmation from PayPal or PsiGate, our Canadian processor of VISA and MasterCard payments. Print a copy of this as well. Your order needs on average about 1 week to be produced and ready to be shipped. As soon as this is the case, you will receive a “completed” e-mail with either a message that you can Pick Up your order or a message with a Canada Post Tracking Number which is the confirmation of shipment.

Payment Security – Your Information is Secured by Our Merchants PsiGate and PayPal

Please be advised that Treasure-Book does not have access to any of your credit card information or credit card details. All sensitive information is securely received by PsiGate or PayPal. These merchants fully encrypt your data for added security. Rest assured that Treasure-Book will always have your security as the first priority. Invoice copies are never included in your parcel. If you need one, please contact us for a copy.
