Quite a few have seen the Picture Books we have made of some of our grandkids & greatgrand. The last one was absolutely beautiful if I do say so myself. It was made by Treasure Book. I have tried & used some other programs from Henrys, Wal-Mart,Blacks etc., but nothing was as easy to use and with such great results as the program from www.treasure-book.com. I strongly recommend it - have a look yourself.
You can print out the instructions in just a few pages of understandable English. I did have a minor problem and I phoned an 800 number and lo & behold a human voice answered - no hit 1 or 2 or whatever.
The file of my pictures was downloaded easily and a week later I got this beautiful book and what a great gift at a most reasonable cost!

I wanted to send you my most sincere thanks for your outstanding efforts. My photo book project was a retirement gift for a dear teacher. The photos were not mine, but rather a combination of photos collected throughout the years and scanned, as well as those submitted by parents. As is common with situations such as these, the timeline I had in which to complete the project once the photos were collected was quite compressed.

Right from the start, your service and support were outstanding. Although this was my first photo book and I had the pressure of a short timeline, I was amazed at how easily the album came together. The software and user guide were very thorough and very easy to use. Any questions that I had about the album were answered clearly by these tools. I appreciated your availability to answer questions by phone and email regarding the short timeline, shipping etc. It was really unexpected that you took the time to review my uploaded album to ensure correct positioning etc, and then to keep me informed all the way through its production was outstanding. I felt very supported throughout the project; your positive attitude was a big part of that.

The final product was beyond anyone's expectations. So beautiful! The photo wrap cover really gave the album the right introduction for the special memories held inside. The scanned photos, although lower resolution, blended seamlessly with the digital images. The paper quality has held up beautifully after having the entire school look through the album - no fingerprints left behind! Best of all, the photo book is exactly the irreplaceable keepsake for which I was hoping. The teacher was moved beyond words, the principal was impressed by how it captured the essence of the school, the staff and parents felt it reflected their appreciation for the teacher's impact on the school.

What an amazing experience this has been!! You assured me that you would do your best to help and make sure the customer gets a good product, on time and in good quality, at a reasonable price. You have exceeded this statement beyond measure. I know I will be using Treasure-Book again and again.

My album project was a six-month labour of love—a birthday album—a gift for a ninety-year-old mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother: the matriarch of the family. It was 136 pages and included all family members from their birth to their current age. I was truly surprised when the books (6) arrived. They were simply beyond anything I had imagined. I was so impressed with the professional quality and workmanship; it was like a picture book you would buy at a high-end bookstore. Only it was generations of a family, and a journey of memories coming alive in this wonderful book. What really made the book, and I am so appreciative, was that each page was checked, edited and cleaned up. Many pictures that dated back to 1921 were enhanced and made clearer, but still kept the aged look. I am so glad I went with the hard cover wrap around; it was simply outstanding.

The program was easy to download, learn and use. I taught myself and my nine-year-old granddaughter in one session, it was fun to use, with a lot of options, captions, backgrounds, shapes, borders and colours. The service was second to none, there were no problems just solutions, a very can do company, they made it happen. It was so nice to speak to people who genuinely cared and made me feel like my project was very important to them.

I have to mention that at the birthday party, as the wrapping paper came off and the book was unveiled and the pages flipped, it was emotional the look on Mothers face told the story—she thought it was fabulous.

Treasure Book, you truly made a difference! Not only did it make a wonderful lady’s birthday, it made the birthday for everyone. A million thank-yous just don’t seem enough for all the care you took!

I really enjoyed using this site! I loved the creativity it allowed and the variety of options for layout pages. I found other sites to be more rigid in their structure. I am not a computer-literate person at all, but the site was extremely user-friendly! I almost felt like I was scrap-booking, but without the mess! The Treasure-Book customer service is unparalleled! You ship to China, you are able to give personalized service, like double-checking my order and uncompleted order to make sure what I wanted to order. I can make my creating on my computer instead of online when my internet is slow sometimes, and spend 1/4 of the time to create a good photobook, and the best is your superior customer service... A real life person sending me emails instead of a call centre in India or Pakistan. I received the book on Tuesday - my mailbox. It was splendid that the package fit in my mailbox so i didn't have to track it down at the post office...Brilliant.

"As a wedding photographer I include digital photobooks in my packages. I was looking for another company to work with and came across Treasure-Book. My first criteria was that it would be Mac compatible. It was. The second thing that was important to me, was the templates would be versatile and easy to use. They were. The third component was that I wanted to also have the flexibility to insert my own PhotoShop pages. You could!!! What I didn't count on was the amazing personalized service that came with all that. I recently volunteered to put together a year book for my son's class. The results were amazing. I had a chance to go and pick up the book personally. It was wonderful to meet the team and have a chance to chat with them. My standards are high and Treasure Book rose to those standards and more.
