Your order will be processed as soon as possible and will be shipped by Canada Post. We need 10 business days to process
your order and have it delivered at your address (for Canada shipments). Shipments outside Canada will take some extra
time, we are happy to arrange shipments to the USA and other International destinations, through Canada Post.

Express deliveries
If you are in a hurry and want your order delivered by an express or
overnight service, please

at 1-877-513-8261. Depending on the location of the shipping address,
we will then inform you the extra charges that will apply on top of
our regular ground rates for Canada, USA or worldwide.
Pick Up Service
If you live in the Greater Vancouver area of BC Canada, and wish to pick-up your order from our location: In the shopping cart,
please click the "pick-up" option, when prompted for a delivery choice. You avoid paying shipping fees and we will know
instantly that a personal pick up is required. Upon completion of your order, you will be notified by e-mail that the
order is ready for collection.

Mon - Fri 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Closed on public holidays.
